Ashley is a graduate of the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University with Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 17 years experience in public and private accounting. She serves as Chief Financial Officer for Atkins Real Estate Services, L.L.C.. In this role Ashley oversees asset management, marketing and communications, finance and legal/risk management activities.

Ashley is the former owner of The Moppet Shoppe children’s clothing boutique. She has served on many local boards in various capacities including The Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier, Inc., Ark-La_-Tex Ambassadors and The Cotillion Club as Ball Chairman of the 68th Holiday In Dixie Cotillion.

Ashley is licensed in the State of Louisiana, is a member National Association of REALTORS, Northwest Louisiana Association of REALTORS, the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB), the Commercial Investment Division of NWLAR (CID) and Multiple Listing Services, Inc.

Peter brings over 14 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in property valuation, highest and best use determination, and the sale, lease, and development of commercial and industrial end user/investment property. Peter has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Louisiana since 2002, and is a member of the Shreveport-Bossier Board of Realtors, Inc., National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Louisiana Commercial Database (LACDB), and the Commercial Investment Division of NWLAR. Peter is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and has a BS in Electrical Engineering.
